16GB Google's Nexus 7
If you're looking at getting yourself a Nexus 7, a refurbished 16GB model is
available on eBay for $150, a $39 difference compared to the Google Play Store.
Of course, some people may hesitate with the word “refurbished” slapped on this listing. Refurbished items really aren't that bad, though. They usually go through a thorough testing process before they are put back on the market, which means any problems that it may have had should be gone, though that isn't a guarantee.
While this is one of the best deals we've seen yet on a Nexus 7, it's important to keep in mind that we should be seeing a 2nd generation of the tablet pretty soon here. The original Nexus 7 launched in July of 2012, so another device shouldn't bee too far out. In fact,
there’s a lot of convincing evidence to back that up, however, nothing's been officially confirmed.
Are you going to take the plunge and get the refurbished Nexus 7 from eBay? Or are you holding out for a Nexus 7 refresh?

"This small tablet does not disappoint. Great value for the money!" by:
I am writing a review for the Asus Nexus 7 16GB (Wi-Fi) tablet which has been with me for a couple of weeks now. This tablet is about the best affordable tablet you can buy. Its low price tag for a full Android experience with the latest version and a quad-core processor are perhaps its main selling points. While not as feature-rich as most 10-inch tablets, its 7-inch form factor is very handy and with its high resolution IPS display, it does many of the tasks that can be done with other bigger tablets. It has a built-in microphone and front-facing camera for video conferencing but has no rear ...Read full review
First, I will not compare this android tab to a ipad!!! Thats just stupid, IMO. Oranges and apples. One thing is all apple stuff cost more for comparable products. I dont buy over priced apple products.
Ok as for the Android tabs, this one is a winner. The new processor is lightening fast!!! I multitasked, played Netflix, and loaded the thing and its speed held great. Its touch is very responsive. Its res is great too. For the buck, 249, at most department stores and electronic stores, it beats the competitors. The only way to get better is to pay more.
There is no expan ...Read full review

"Highly recommended - compact, fast, efficient, long battery life" by:
Awesome tablet, the newest 4.1 Android, powerful hardware, nice IPS display, rigid well-made case, very long battery life (300 hours standby, 9 hours of HD video).
7 inch size makes it very easy to get it around - it fits in pockets, and is quite light.
No alternatives for that money ( around 280 usd with shipping).
Can work as awesome car GPS navigator - get yourself a car mount.
Two downsides - no SD card slot (which is very easy for manufacturer to make) and no rear-facing camera. 3G would be nice too, but you can always tether from your smarfphone.

"Best 7" tablet to date!" by:
* A good, clear and bright display
* The tablet is easy to hold with one hand in a horizontal orientation, and vertical
* Long battery life. I used it during the day: playing, reading, "surf" the Internet, listening to music. If you're not a zombie maniac in these matters, then a day in such circumstances the device will work easily.
* Rear socket SoftTouch. In the hands take and just so there is a solid (:
* Front camera for video calls (Skype running fast!)
* Google's assistant and the associated voice search. This is not Siri, no. This shows

"A value for money tablet" by:
I was looking for a device that would allow me to browse the web, watch videos and things like that without having to switch on my computer and that coiuld be easily carried around. A tablet was obviously the best solution for me. But which one ? There are so many models out there...
After checking a few reviews, I found this Google Nexus 7 tablet. I was seduced by its look. This tablet has a very simple finish, with the rubber back makes it very comfortable to handle. Its form factor and weight is perfect, its held with one hand. As for the performance, the tablet runs on a quadcore NVIDIA Tegra 3 CPU, the user experience is thus very smooth and pleasant. Moreover, it runs the lastest version of android, jely bean 4.2 and there is no manufacturer's UI on top of that which provides a pure android experience and easier to get updates as soon as they are available.
However, one drawback is that the tablet doesn't have a built-in expansion slot for memory storage. With 16GB of internal memory, it gets rapidly out of storage space. You must therefore manage that wisely. The battery life doesn't last long when gaming.
Whether it be for browsing the web, watching videos, reading or playing video, the Asus Google Nexus 7 has what it takes to deliver the goods and all wrapped up will smoothness and quality!
